Sean Linkson is based in Sydney and has over twenty five years as a Search professional. His experience covers a wide range of areas such as retail, consumer goods, financial services, information technology, industrial, property and development, and construction.  

Sean also leads the Talent Partners BoardSearch practice, servicing the governance needs of a wide variety of organisations.

Prior to joining Talent Partners in 2005, Sean was Managing Director of A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Australia/NZ and Regional Lead for their Global Financial Institutions Group.  He was with the firm for over 8 years. He commenced his Search career with Australia's largest human capital company, Morgan and Banks, where he headed up the Banking and Finance team - the largest in Australia at the time. In preceding years he worked for the Australian subsidiaries of J.P. Morgan, Chase Manhattan and Lloyds Bank, covering capital markets, corporate banking and credit. Before that, he spent nine years in project management with a leading Australian construction and engineering company.

Sean earned his Bachelor of Applied Science at Queensland Institute of Technology, and has a Master of Commerce majoring in Finance from the University of New South Wales.

His not-for-profit involvement includes co-founding The Pinnacle Foundation which provides scholarships to disadvantaged youth. He recently sat on the NSW Development Board of The Hunger Project.
