Elspeth joined the Talent Partners team in November 2010.

As part of the Talent Partners Asia Team, based in Hong Kong, Elspeth will primarily focus on search assignments for senior executive positions within the Banking & Financial Services sector, as well as global and regional Human Resources roles. Her particular focus will be on bulge bracket firms, banks and alternative investment funds. Due to her extensive previous client-side experience, Elspeth is uniquely positioned to cover these specialised functions and industry sectors. Most recently, Elspeth held Director level HR positions within investment banking, hedge funds and asset management in both Japan and Hong Kong.

Elspeth has been in Asia for 11 years, during which time she has driven initiatives to align talent acquisition and management strategy with the wider business context, particularly during times of regional expansion as well as transition and integration. Most recently she was part of the global team on the Black Rock acquisition of BGI (Barclays Global Investors). Previously Elspeth was the International Human Resources Director for Citadel Investment Group (Hong Kong) and managed the expansion of their Asia investment teams and infrastructure support during the period 2005 - 2008. Prior to that, Elspeth was the Asia Pacific Head of Human Resources for Lehman Brothers Asia, based in Tokyo. In this role she was a senior influencer and participant during a time of significant headcount and revenue growth as the company expanded its footprint in the region over the period 2000 - 2005.

Throughout her career, Elspeth has been recognised as a builder of outstanding HR teams and as a champion of young talent. She has been highly effective as an executive level coach and demonstrates a keen interest in improving impact and effectiveness of executive teams.
