Di has significant experience in the executive recruitment and search sectors, where she has successfully managed domestic and international campaigns Prior, Di spent over a decade in retail and wholesale distribution. Di's practice specialisation is in retail and consumer goods and services.

In the retail sector, Di has managed a vast array of search campaigns, spanning specialty retail, franchise, grocery, convenience, mass merchants and department stores. Recent appointments include the Divisional Chief Executive for a Private Equity owned retailer, Chief Executive Officer for a privately owned health and beauty retailer and the General Manager for a pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor.

She has also undertaken complex searches in the services sector and in wholesale distribution. Disciplines include CEO's, MD's, sales, marketing, merchandise, business strategy, operations, supply chain & logistics, business development and human resources.

Di is a founding Director and Board Member for the Amy Gillett Foundation, and is committed to promoting a safe and harmonious relationship between cyclists and motorists.
