Daniel has over eight years of experience within Executive Search.  He began his career in London where he worked for a large international company, predominately recruiting finance professionals for public/ private sector and he then relocated to the Middle East in 2005 where he managed senior level retained executive search and contingent assignments working for National, Multi- National, Local and Semi Government organisations within the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region including: Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, UAE and Yemen.   

Daniel has worked with Talent2 since 2005 and has served as General Manager, Bahrain overseeing Qatar and the Eastern Province (KSA) since the summer of 2007.

Over the last four years, Daniel has taken the office from strength to strength.  In his current capacity, Daniel has a number of key responsibilities, ranging from strategic management, business development and profit and loss responsibility to liaising with the Bahraini government and always ensuring that Talent2 is presented in the best possible light within Bahrain's business community. In recognition of his hard work as part of the Talent2 team, Daniel was named General Manager of the Year 2009.  He is also very proud to have another member of his team named Consultant of the Year in 2010.

Daniel first started working from our regional headquarters in Dubai as a senior research associate.  In August 2006, he relocated to Abu Dhabi to support our new office opening and assist with the increasing business demand.  It is here that he concentrated his efforts as a senior consultant developing a range of clients within semi government and the private sector.

Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in HR/ Marketing from Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia. He speaks basic German and is learning to speak Arabic!

Daniel's hobbies include reading & travelling and is a keen sportsman, he can often be found on the squash court where he combines fitness with the occasional bit of networking. To date, he has lived in six countries and loves engaging with local culture.  Daniel is also active within the expatriate business community here in Bahrain, and currently serves as the Acting Chairman of the Australian Association of Bahrain.

People are the life source of any business. Whilst some people may not be right for one company, he believes they are definitely right for another. Having been on the other side of the recruitment business as a candidate, he knows all too well what some people experience. Therefore, over communication is the key, injected with a bit of fun and managing expectations.
