We recognise great performance through quarterly and annual awards
which are strongly aligned to our primary values: Passion, Affinity
and Innovation. All employees have a performance review at least
every year, and through this process everyone in the business is
assessed against the core competencies which align to our culture
as well as their key performance indicators. We create
development plans for all employees, identify and recognise our
high potential employees, and conduct regular succession
planning.
