Talent2 owns and operates seven Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) in Australia, creating accredited training solutions for the employed and unemployed market. The Talent2 group of RTOs consists of:

These RTOs provide a wide scope and can offer a variety of qualifications in key areas such as Mining, Community Services, Business, Construction, Retail, Information Technology, Transport and Logistics. Collectively, Talent2 offers over 100 nationally recognised qualifications to our clients.
We work with employers to obtain federal and state government funding (in Australia only) to subsidise the cost of training employees. We also, on occasion, receive government funding to up skill individuals who are currently unemployed at a subsidised cost.

- We offer a variety of learning models such as online, correspondence, classroom based, workshops and at the workplace.
- We can customise an accredited learning solution to suit our client's needs
- We can access government funding to fund training within the workplace (in Australia only). This funding is up to the value of $4000 per eligible participant who completes a traineeship.
- We currently access Victorian (in Australia only) state funding and federal funding to deliver qualifications to Victorian residents who would like to upskill their current level of training (conditions apply).
- We provide learning pathways from a Certificate II level to a Diploma level qualification.
- We provide trainers and assessors who are highly regarded experts in their fields and deliver quality training and assessment.
