Caleb Baker is the Managing Director, RPO & Managed Services Asia Pacific, at Talent2 based in Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of talent management experience and is regarded as a leading Asian authority on complex talent integration projects and multi-country HR outsourcing partnerships.

Caleb is well placed to grow Talent2's Asian operation given he was one of the founders of Talent2 in Asia in 2006 via his role as General Manager, HRO Asia and his work with companies such as Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Corning and Nike. Before this time Caleb spent five years in Executive Search at Morgan & Banks (now known as Hudson Global Resources) and pioneered the early stages of Recruitment Process Outsourcing in Australia. His understanding of HR Outsourcing also deepened whilst working with Hewlett Packard / Compac, EDS and IBM.

Caleb gained his Masters of International Human Resource Management and Marketing, Graduate Diploma in International Human Resource Management and his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and Statistics from Monash University, Australia.
