Talent Partners is a specialist Executive Search business,
operating exclusively at senior leadership and board level within
the commercial and government sectors.

clients to recruit the very best people into their senior
leadership teams.
Executive Recruitment
The recruitment arm of the business is staffed by senior
and seasoned career consultants who are passionate about providing
a high quality recruitment consultancy service.
Talent2 consultants operate with a high affinity and high integrity
service. Our skills are highly specialised at mid to senior
executive level recruitment within selected disciplines. These
include banking, accounting, finance, property, IT and
telecommunications, retail, legal, marketing and sales,
advertising, public relations and communications, technical and
operations, engineering and general management.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
The Talent2 RPO division designs, implements and manages innovative
HR services for clients. We partner with companies to run the
talent acquisition and internal recruitment function, usually from
an onsite location. This is a rewarding partnership suited to
experienced recruitment professionals who are motivated by
delivering best practice, values-based results in an internal
recruitment model.

HR and Payroll Solutions
The Talent2 HR and Payroll Solutions team lead the outsourced
payroll market developing, implementing and supporting complex
payroll and workforce management solutions. We pay over 1 million

Asia-Pacific using our own payroll systems which are proven,
reliable and scalable; we have never missed a pay.

Learning, Development and HR Strategy
Many of Australia and Asia's leading names partner with us for all
their learning needs. The projects we manage for large scale
