Hiroshi is one of the longest serving legal and compliance recruiters in Tokyo and has assisted a number of mid to senior level searches and mission-critical, hard-to-fill searches together with his partner James Graham.

Hiroshi believes that in the Tokyo legal market the key to completing a search successfully is having most-up-to-date information. An informed, experienced recruiter can be of a great assistant if you are trying to fill a role as a hiring manager, or looking for a successful job change as a candidate. He covers both financial institutions and private practice markets.

Hiroshi is one of the founding members of Talent2 Tokyo and is currently co-managing the legal and insurance practice groups. Before becoming a recruiter, Hiroshi was a salesperson and entrepreneur in Japan and US.

He has been dominating the AsiaMoney Headhunters ranking for the last 4 years together with James (ranked #1 and #2 for 4 years in a row since 2007-2011 in middle/back office section).

Hiroshi has Bachelors of Art degree from Seattle University, Seattle, Washington, US.

He is workaholic but when there is time he spends his time with his family and playing music.
