Hirokuni entered the executive search market in 2004. Drawing on his extensive experience at foreign insurance companies, he strategically capitalizes on his extensive professional network and product knowledge to deliver highly focused, results-oriented recruiting solutions for the foreign and domestic insurance industry.

He possesses in-depth product knowledge and sensitivity to the intricacies of foreign and domestic insurance related businesses and products. His expertise lies in the following fields: Wholesale, Actuarial, Underwriting, Product Development and Claims.

Although his grand piano has been untouched lately, Kuroda-san indeed enjoys playing the piano; so much so that he even contemplated pursuing music as his profession at one point.  Since both of his daughters began taking piano lessons recently, he is enthusiastic about getting back into the habit.  His other hobby includes aerobics and swimming.
