Talent2 provides a wide range of outsourcing service levels ranging from hosting the technology through to a fully outsourced payroll service. Talent2 uses their own proprietary Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to deliver the services and clients can select their level of involvement based on requirements. The Talent2 HRIS is an extremely functional system which has multi country, currency and language capability suitable for regional deployment within a single database. The Talent2 HRIS is also supported by a sophisticated Web Self Service capability enabling the deployment of information to employees and managers utilizing an electronic approval workflow. Talent2 HRIS manages the full end to end Human Resource and Payroll process which includes attendance management, personnel information, processing and disbursement of payroll data through to the production of End of Year taxation processing. Human Resource and payroll personnel can either enter the data directly into our system via the Talent2 HRIS or via Web Self Service or alternatively provide Talent2 the raw data and we do the rest for you.

Talent2 HRIS uses an inbuilt ad hoc reporting tool that can be accessed via the Talent2 HRIS or Web Self Service. Accessing your information is easy through the use of this sophisticated tool which is wizard driven and requires minimal training to use. A standard suite of reports exists; however clients are empowered and have the freedom to develop their own reports at will.

Talent2 provides social/labor insurance consulting and administration services in collaboration with certified social/labor insurance advisors. Talent2 payroll service and social/labor insurance consulting covers the end to end process from on/off boarding to dependent/address change that reflect upon both payroll and social insurance administration simultaneously. The Japanese social insurance administration is unique and complicated to foreigners. We have certified bilingual social/labor insurance consultants and advisors in house who can assist with, relevant insurance matters, questions regarding social security treaty with other countries when working a foreign subsidiary in Japan.

Medical Checkup Administration Outsourcing Service

Talent2 provides a broad range of services related to medical check-up appointments for your employees. It covers on-boarding, annual medical checkup, full medical examination, coordinating with employee/health institution, and managing health attendance, and reporting to HR and Labor Standard Bureau.

Hot line service

Talent2 also provides a hotline service to employees to respond any inquires related to social insurance and payroll. Our staff communicates with employees including on/off board and on leave and collect/distribute necessary information in both Japanese and English.

On Site Service

Talent2 also offer an on-site service at our clientfs premise. This service provides the necessary personal support that some of our clients require. The face to face service is directly managed by Talent2 to provide high quality service with professional knowledge.
