The Talent2 HRIS Training and Development capability provides employee engagement survey and succession planning tools, needed to implement and maintain comprehensive Talent Management, and identify high potential employees as part of an organisation wide succession planning process.
This capability allows for the establishment of core competency requirements against roles, at all levels within the organisation. Appointee’s capability is measured against the roles competencies, and supports employee progress towards acquisition of competencies, through training and professional development.
By design, organisations can then determine the difference between ‘required’ and ‘actual’ capability across any level within an organisation. As such, this provides the ability to determine and schedule required development programs.
Performance management is an integral part of this capability and allows managers and employees to monitor, schedule and complete the review process on line. The ability to extend the review process through to a 360 degree feedback loop is also provided for.
Online Performance Review
Role based skills, competencies and qualifications, once defined provide the framework against which candidates are recruited, employees promoted and performance rewarded. The Talent2 HRIS eRecruitment capability utilises the same position defined skills for robust candidate selection process.
