Kearney Executive Search, Heidrick & Struggles International and Spencer Stuart Associates where he completed numerous C-level assignments in the IT, Telecom, Entertainment & Media and Consumer Goods sectors in Tokyo. In 1999-2002, he was Managing Partner in charge of the Tokyo office of Heidrick & Struggles International. Prior to his executive search career, he was President & CEO of the first Fuji Xerox U.S. subsidiary and the President of AOL Japan, Inc. Tom lived in the U.S., 1976-1996, and is totally fluent in the business, language and culture of both countries. Tom holds an MA in Physics from The Johns Hopkins University.
