Talent2's Web Self Service (WSS) provides both employees and managers with access to information via standard web browsers such as Internet Explorer.

Employees and managers have the ability to interact with your organisation in major operational areas such as personal details, performance management, leave, payroll and expense management.

Information is provided in an intuitive and easy to use format, which is accessible without the assistance of system administrators, and enables individuals to quickly obtain information and update changes to their own profile in real time.

A high adoption of employee and managerial WSS builds consistency in employee data and reduces the volume of questions human resource business partners face, allowing HR to spend more time on more important strategic value issues.

The web interface is designed to provide the user with complete security. Access to the WSS requires a user ID and password that can be authenticated against an LDAP server.
