Talent2 is independently audited on a regular basis. The purpose
is to ensure internal control standards around processes and
procedures are maintained in accordance with the American Institute
of Certified Accountants' Statement on Auditing Standards No 70,
Service Organisations and its amendments and interpretations.
This is required is to ensure that the internal controls over
financial reporting are in accordance with Section 404 of the
Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Public Company Account Oversight Board's
(PCAOB) Auditing Standard No. 5 (AS5).
