Security policy

The strictest policies and procedures ensure our information management system is secure, ensuring confidentiality, integrity of data and availability to authorised users conforming to AS/NZS7799 and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

For your peace of mind we use third party specialist network security firm and undergo external audits through Thompson Group to rigourously test our information systems’ security capability.

Disaster recovery

To afford the highest level of redundancy protection Talent2 operates two fully equipped, duplicate data centres, in Sydney and Melbourne. At each site, server redundancy is available to protect for server failures, in addition to other technology to cope with an unexpected power outage at either site.
