Web Self Service

The Web Self Service provides both Employees and Managers with access to information via a standard Web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. It provides employees and managers with the ability to interact with the organisation in major operational areas such as personal details, performance management, leave, and payroll and expense management. Information is provided in an intuitive and easy to use format, which is accessible without the assistance of human resource administrators, and enables individuals to quickly obtain answers to questions and update changes to their own profile in real time.

All input is validated at entry and a list of values/drop down boxes are provided to assist employees in the completion of forms. A high adoption of employee and managerial Web Self Service builds consistency in employee data and reduces the volume of questions human resource business partners face, allowing HR to spend more time on strategic value add.
