The Talent2 HRIS assists an organisation to comply with the reporting requirements the Australian Standards AS 1885.1 by providing standard coding across the system to cater for Type of Injury, Bodily Location, Mechanism and Agency etc.
The integrated nature of the Talent2 HRIS ensures consistency of information across all areas, and only requires entry once.
Incident and Injury Reporting
The Occupational Health and Safety capability complies with the Standards Association of Australia and the National Safety Council of Australia to manage this critical functional area of compliance. Comprehensive accident and incident recording and reporting are provided for and comply with the Australian Standard AS-1885 for identification of body parts and injuries.
The Web Self Service and the Occupational Health and Safety capability work together to provide online view and update access to both Employees and Managers from both an Incident and Injury perspective.
Through the Web Self Service, both managers and employees have access to the submission and viewing of incident and injury occurrences online. To protect the integrity of such information, workflow is provided as an integral part of this capability.

Claims Management and Financials
Workers’ Compensation Management functions are provided for together with adjunct Fraud Detection capability, Approved Medical Practitioners/AMA Schedule of Fees and Rehabilitation Management support.
Workers Compensation claim management capability caters for both self and non self insurers.
Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation Management is provided for with the ability to produce return to work programs, including alternative duties. Corrective actions, determined as a result from incidents and or injuries, can also be recorded with action dates, to trigger email notifications.
