Payroll Management
Payroll Management’s powerful date driven automated processing of current and retrospective transactions reduces administrative overheads, and its flexibility rapidly implements new awards or emerging business requirements across multiple entities and multiple countries within a single database.
Key features
- Processing is fully date-driven, with changes to employee details being applied on the exact date specified by the user. This includes the ability to change pay rates, eligibility or rates for allowances, overtime rates and superannuation contribution rates any number of times within a period, before a period or after the conclusion of a period.
- Processing is fully retrospective, with the ability to correctly calculate payments due from any retrospective changes to details, which affect an employee’s gross earnings, deductions, superannuation or tax.
- Employees may be paid on an automatic (exception) basis, through timesheet claims, or by a combination of both methods (for example, claims for overtime and allowances). The Talent2 HRIS supports fortnightly, weekly, four weekly and monthly pay frequencies.
- Employees may belong to multiple companies and be located in multiple countries with complete adherence to relevant local payroll legislation. The Talent2 HRIS functionality supports multi country functionality within a single database
