Samantha Robinson

Samantha (Sam) is Managing Director, Talent Partners Oman and started her recruitment career with InterSearch Australia in 1998. She has extensive international search experience, conducting a variety of local Middle East and global assignments in many industries. She added to her recruitment experience while living in London for a number of years, starting with TMP Worldwide and moving in-house to join the Merrill Lynch investment banking recruitment team.

Sam then expanded her HR expertise into Learning and Development with BP International and recruited Insurance, IT and Project Management professionals as a Recruitment Consultant with AXA Australia. Sam re-joined InterSearch in Dubai in April 2006 and fulfilled executive search assignments for banking and finance, oil and gas, engineering and development, telecommunications, and private equity companies.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Psychology, from the University of Melbourne in Australia.
