Neha Chandra Dahiya

Neha Chandra Dahiya is an Executive Search Professional with over 14 years of experience across industries and geographies. She has worked in leading Media Companies in India (in both the print and television space) and in HR Consulting Companies /Executive Search firms in India and the US.

A Masters in English from Delhi University and a business degree from The Times School of Marketing, Neha started her career at Bennet Coleman &Co Ltd, the largest Media and Publishing Company in India with brands such as Economic Times, Times of India and Times TV. She then moved to Zee Television, then a part of the Star TV Network. After around 6 years in the media industry, Neha moved to the US where she pursued IT studies with an end towards becoming an IT recruiter. She worked at an IT recruiting firm in Detroit, Michigan.

In 2004 Neha returned to India with her family, and joined Grow Talent, now a part of Manpower, to set up the Executive Search business for them in Gurgaon, India. From a start up situation at Grow Talent, Neha then moved to a large and geographically spread HR Consulting firm, Ma Foi consulting, in the Executive Search space. At Ma Foi, Neha drove the Consumer, Retail and Media vertical for North India. Her most recent stint has been with the high end, niche search firm Accord Group India, a part of Alto Partners Worldwide where she was responsible for delivering all CXO level positions and managing key client relationships for the firm.

Neha now brings her depth of experience and knowledge of the Indian market to Talent Partners. She will be responsible for launching Talent Partners in India and developing the India market for our search business.
