Michael Holdway

Michael has managed executive recruitment assignments for over seven years, completing many campaigns for high profile organisations across government departments and statutory bodies, the health, education, and not-for-profit sectors. He possesses tertiary qualifications in the social sciences and a Masters in Business Administration.

Michael joined Talent Partners in 2009 to develop a profile and presence for the business within the Victorian Public Sector. Prior to joining Talent Partners and the recruitment industry Michael worked for the Commonwealth Government, a National not-for-profit organisation and, more recently, a Management Consulting practice specialising in performance improvement diagnostics and executive recruitment. Michael has worked for both large and boutique recruitment organisations building strong networks and a reputation for the successful delivery of complex and sometimes politically sensitive assignments.

Michael continues to forge solid relationships with his clients and builds an understanding of their immediate and long term executive recruitment needs, leveraging his knowledge and networks to find the right person to match their requirements. He has a ‘partnering’ rather than a transactional style that endeavours to promote trust and transparency throughout the assignment to ensure that satisfaction and value are achieved.
