Andrew Grant

Andrew Grant came to the UK from New Zealand in 1989 after completing his Bachelor’s degree in finance and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Following three years working for Saudi billionaire Prince Khalid Abdullah, he had six years in investment banking with CSFB in London and Macquarie Bank in Australia.

Andrew made a career change in 1997 and joined Robert Walters plc in London, initially as COO for their global temporary staffing and outsourcing businesses, then becoming CEO for the Asia Pacific region. Appointed European CEO of TMP (now Hudson) in May 1999, he was responsible for over 20 acquisitions and 2,500 staff operating in 18 countries across Europe. The European business made an operating profit of £27m in 2001.

Andrew joined Talent Partners in 2006 to lead the development of the business in the UK and Europe.
