Talent2 People, the recruitment arm of the business, is staffed by senior and seasoned career consultants and support staff who are passionate about providing outstanding service to customers. We recognise that if we uphold the highest standards and “go the extra mile”, we all succeed.

Talent2 Works has a 20-year track record in the development, sale, implementation and support of complex HR, payroll and workforce management solutions. We pay 750,000 people a month across Australia and Asia-Pacific. Our systems have the breadth of functionality of the major overseas systems, but the knowledge and flexibility of local vendors. They are proven, reliable and scalable, and have never missed a pay.
We continue to expand and support our existing customers. Our level of customer satisfaction has never been higher. In a turbulent market in which major players must consolidate while smaller companies struggle, we are recognised by our clients for our consistency and quality – and we’re rewarded with their ongoing business and referrals. While we are increasingly focusing on managed services, we continue to sell our HR system for in-house use.
